「It’s is so convenient.」

「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」

「Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.」

「I and my husband came for the 128 Boston Marathon. My unit was in 41 St. Stephen Street. The location is very convenient with Symphony Station just round the corner. A short walk to Hynes Convention Centre and Marathon finish line. Whole Food Market is just 3 minutes walk and there are many nice restaurants around. Though in an old building, the unit appears recently renovated with marble kitchen table top, a big fridge, microwave, toaster and electric stove which is very efficient in cooking....

「The staff were super friendly. Loved the black woman with the locs! I had to quickly find a hotel because my flight got cancelled and when I arrived, she gave me a bit of history about it because I was nervous about not having a bathroom in my room to which she was able to upgrade me for $40. The room was micro but actually perfect for one or two people on the go. I would def come back and stay again!」
