「 I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. 「Casa Riviera is a gorgeous, quiet updated property in walking distance to downtown SB/State Street. We loved our stay. One recommendation for coffee - we loved Handlebar coffee and walked there every morning. Highly recommend staying here!」

「The Inn at Summer Hill is a quaint little hotel with lots of charm in the city of Summerland. I stayed here while visiting my niece and I would definitely stay here again. The room was like a little cottage, and it had a patio that overlooked the ocean. The staff at the front desk was amazing and went out of their way to comp me breakfast and coffee. I felt very safe as well. The only negatives are the Road Noise and nearby train and there doesn't seem to be a daily cleaning service-if so,...

「Nice hotel and the staff were friendly. The room was not large but nicely appointed and laid out. I liked the fact that there's a microwave, mini-frig, and coffee maker in room. The room appeared to have been updated and was clean. The bed was comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the pillows were a little too firm. Love the location near the beach and that the hotel offers free bike loaners. Overall, very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. 」
