Beautiful downtown shopping area & if shopping isn't your thing the hiking trails are very scenic and easy to do. I'm 60 with back issues abd hey weren't a problem, my 8 yr old granddaughter could run ip ahead and zi felt safe letting her.

We loved the scenery and waterfalls. The fish hatchery was something unexpected but fun nonetheless.

"The motel was very clean. The owner and his son were very kind and ready to serve (I am sure the wife/ mother is wonderful also, but I did not meet her). My family was just looking for a quick place to stay the night and this place was perfect for that. And the breakfast was good."

"Wonderful water park for young kids. We had a 3 & 5 year olds and they LOVED IT! One splash pad type park with water inter 2 feet of water . A separate pool that went from 3 feet to 4 feet. The BIG slide is only open on weekends with a lifeguard. The pools are open from 6 am to 10 pm—so we got to swim before checking out by 11! Wonderful breakfast—all of this for under $100! Oh and the restaurant had delicious pizza for $25! We will be back!"
"The building is old, but beautifully maintained and updated. There is so much more interest and character in a building with history, a building which was constructed in an era when craftsmanship was prized and the materials used were beautiful wood and stone. It was a pleasure to stay there."
