「Wonderful 1 night stay after a very late arrival at the airport. Check-in quick, friendly staff at 2am! received free upgrade to suite which was lovely, very clean and huge. Beds and linens top notch and very comfortable, so appreciated. Breakfast included in some rates; it was the only thing that was not up to par with lodging. 「The reviews were right. This place was great. Some areas on the carpet in the hallways and some spots on the wall were a little worn, but it was very clean. The beautiful staircase in the front lobby was so enchanting that my teenage son and I took the stairs every time. And we never do that! We are elevator people :) The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was alright, not great, but also not the worst I've ever had. 「Our king size room view of the lake was spacoius and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. After we checked on we made ourselves coffee downstairs amd sat on the front deck with patio tables and chairs. Only stayed one night like alot of people. Very close to Bank of Pavillion. 」

「Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed on the days we were there. The place could use some updating, but overall we were happy there. It is very close to the business district, so we were able to walk to where we wanted to go.」
