「The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room.」

「Random deduction of fees」

「My room at the top floor, airconditioning is very poor, after complaining provided additional fans ,no clean up the room for one day, but the housekeeping said they forgot to clean, The billing system is poor, room guest for Breadfast or dinner usually will claim at the room bill, but they charge to my deposit credit card immediately, but the final bill found double charging. Very disappointed the experience on this Hotel, only the swimming pool is a good value on my stay, but the rest of thing...

「Destination Fee is a bad idea.」

「We used laundry, it was very good feature. Only thing we made a reservation for 2 queen beds & we got a single bed & 2 rolled out. Also a beep sound of a defective or bad battery sound the whole night. We asked to fix it but it got done until the next morning. The rooms are very spacious but the neighborhood bad, it is unfortunately!!」

「El depósito de 300 dólares aún aparece retenido en mi cuenta de banco. La entrada tiene un intenso olor a marihuana. Frente al hotel hay un nicho club 24/7」

「I can’t not get any service.」

「房間細小，半夜街道上的車聲經常很嘈吵，我們要求酒店轉房」

「Big and clean rooms and location is very good」
