"The room is spacious enough for a single occupant. Clean and housekeeping is done everyday. Breakfast included was so good. I did not like that reception sets the temperature of ac from the main office. I want to have control of the room's ac. c"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the room’s air conditioning. It wasn’t working properly, and despite speaking with the staff, I was told that “this is just how air conditioning is in Japan.” However, I’ve stayed at other hotels in Japan, and their air conditioning worked perfectly fine, so this explanation didn’t make sense. Because of the poor temperature control, the stay was uncomfortable, and the response from the staff was not very helpful."

"I like that we are able to take the toiletries from the lobby so nothing is wasted. The hotel is slightly out of the way. It’s a 10 mins walk to Nagoya Station. "

"Amazing customer service. We arrived early to the hotel and they allowed us to leave our luggages with them until our check in. When we came there, they informed us that our bags/luggage’s are in our room! The room was spotless, and the staff were all helpful! Definitely recommend for all travellers! "
