「Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. I was not excited about the food being included, but once we got there and realized the value put into quality food and whole ingredients, my mind changed! The staff is amazing. 「The staff was over the top! They helped make dinner reservations, scheduled spa appointments and went out of their way to provide breakfast for us when we needed to leave early in the mornings. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was by far the best meal we had while in town. Our room was very large and luxurious. Every day when we returned our rooms were fresh and clean with a new treat to welcome us. Highly recommend staying here! PS, I forgot to mention the view from our balcony 💕」
