"A $75 """Purchase"" was placed on my C.C. vs a standard ""Deposit""!!! I confronted them that day begore the room key was redone not 1x, not 2x but 3X walking back & forth!! A """Deposit -or' Hold""" should have been noted, NOT A STRAIGHT PURCHASE?? Conveniently 5 days later, still no return on the $75 ""Hold": because they intentionally placed it originally on the card as a Purchase!! The next day, they we spoken to and adked as well. I got a snotty attitude and was told that my bank would take the normal 2 - 3 days to put it back, but thats how ""They"" write up their deposits/holds?? This Scammy Days-Inn location in Fern Park, FLLocation should be flagged w/a warning ⚠️ from Expedia.com and ALL OTHER TRAVEL BOOKING SIGHTS. "

"The room was fine-- clean, comfortable, good temperature, though the shower pressure wasn't great. What got me was the lack of service almost everywhere. My room wasn't ready when I got there at 3:15pm, so I had to downgrade to a different room just so I didn't have to wait any longer (they "weren't sure" when my room would be ready). So I change into my bathing suit to head out to the pool, and decide to grab a quick drink from the bar to enjoy poolside. It's about 3:30pm, and there is no bartender to be found. I'm told by others at the bar that they had been waiting about 15 minutes for the bartender to come back and either give them their checks or another drink, but that the bartender seemed annoyed with all these "last minute" drink orders already when it was only 3:00 when they ordered. I waited about 10 minutes and decided just to grab a drink from the little market, but there's no one working there either. I gave up on the drink and enjoyed the pool for a bit. The next morning I go to get a coffee at Starbucks, and the person at the register couldn't even bother to say good morning, they just stared at me like I was an inconvenience. Never did see anyone working the bar or the market register. But they had someone at my room door at promptly 9am asking when I was leaving, though check out wasn't until noon. Not the experience I expected from the Sheraton, and will probably not stay again if it is such an inconvenience to have customers. "

"Spacious suite, comfortable and clean. Kind of in the middle of an office park area, so unless you're going to Applebees, you have to drive somewhere. Excellent Indian restaurant nearby - The Curry Bowl!"

"There were people who are siting infront of my room door and in the hallway it self they were taking drugs on the stairs There were two men seem to be drunk or high carrying guns People were loud infront of my room Zero security or safety Window not locked properly and people can jump in my room very easy The room wasn’t clean , terrible smell , black mold Photos on expedia are just lies and bed sheets had cigarette ashes on it For a king size bed there were 2 pillows only The electric outlet in the room weren’t working I couldn’t charge my phone This was more like a shelter for gangs / homeless people I requested already a full refund I entered the room for 5 min and left "
