"I was sceptical going in based on the touchless automated everything entry. I had assumed that meant they were trying to avoid employing staff as much as possible. However, there are in fact staff members on site, and they were all very helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the complex is all very new and well built, so everything is in excellent condition. The pool and hot tub are nice. The laundry machines are brand spanking new (though only 2 sets of washer dryer). The only odd nit pick - the rooms are small so it makes sense they conserve space, but the tall desk with short ottomans instead of a chair makes things awkward."
