「This Hotel well exceeded my expectations. This started from the shuttle to and from the train station. The lady at the reception was very helpful and efficient. She provided lunch recommendation which is nice. The room was clean and modern. We shall be back the next time around. 」

「酒店位置距離Zermatt 車站只是數分鐘步程。一踏進酒店，已得到前台職員親切友善的招待。所入住的房間很大，前後均有露台，且裝修很美，床鋪整潔舒適。住宿期間已包早餐， 美中不足的是，房間內沒有提供電熱水煲和雪櫃等設施，似乎都沒有空調（因沒有看到任何出風口），要打開窗門才可。但綜合各方面後，也給予很高評價！ 」

The room was clean and tidy, with most things in place. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of choices. Enjoyed the stay overall. 」
