The hotel has a more B&B feel and is certainly the best part of my trip apart from Sun Moon lake itself in Nantou. The decor is well though and brownie points for the bathroom. Everything looks luxurious and thoughtful. Room was large and equipped with everything what one needs. The location is near perfect, as one can see the distant lake right from the window (if you select Lake view). Its not far, and yet not very near. The last, but definitely the best part was the experience with the hotel...

We had a fantastic stay at Fleur de Chine. This is an exceptional hotel on all fronts. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with Tatami room and incredible views across Sun Moon Lake from our terrace. Our kids had a blast in the pools and with the many activities. The location right on Sun Moon Lake allowed for some great walks around the lake and hikes through the surrounding forest. The staff were also incredible from check in to check out and always took the time to prioritize guests....

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !

This property is exceptionally well-maintained. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a wonderfully refreshing, subtle scent that sets a lovely tone. I was particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout – from the elevators and corridors to the room and bathroom. A delightful surprise was the inclusion of Cha Tzu Tang (茶籽堂) shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, which are high-quality, natural products. It truly elevated the stay!

The kid theme room is amazing. My 1-year-old baby runs around once we enter the room. The facility is well maintained and clean. Strongly recommend family with kids to stay here.

Visited June 2023, overall great experience. Good location, nice room with modern amenities (plenty of outlets/USBs, fancy toilet, shower + bathtub). We had a city view room, so did not get pretty view of lake, but public spaces like the lobby and dining area have fantastic lake views.
Parking is at local Zhongxing Parking Lot (中興停車場), less than 5 min walking. Free parking from 12 noon to following day 12 noon. Times outside 12 to 12 will be at your own expense at 40 NTD/hr.

The location was excellent and the largest plus was a well run self-service laundry facilities. The machines were new and functioning. The hotel guests were also very considerate and remove their cloth promptly.
I chose this hotel because I thought it had an onsite restaurant but unfortunately it was closed by business. The hotel is within walking distance but it’s a little inconvenient when we checked in late and were tired. We would stay here again
