「We weren’t informed by the hotel that hot water supply is not available throughout our entire stay. Not when we made the reservation a week ago and not when we checked into the hotel. I wasn’t aware of the issue until I read the notice at the check in counter. We shower with ice cold water on the first night and washed ourselves with barely lukewarm water for the next 3 days. 「The hotel was calm & clean also the workers were very cooperative. Even if they don’t understand English they try their level best to give the translations. If it happens I come back i will prefer staying again in this hotel」
