英語は全く通じないホテル

中国語が出来ない人は絶対泊まってはダメです。スタッフ誰も英語ができないのでチェックインからトラブルです。

不錯的體驗，價錢不貴。附近很旺。

訂了非吸煙房，但前台給了吸煙房。味道接受不了要求換房，前台也很樂意幫我們更換，換了後的非吸吸煙房空氣清新得多了。可惜床太硬，地方都乾淨。 早餐的粉麵同即煎雞蛋的味道十分不錯！

The Chinese restaurant and breakfast buffet were good, with breakfast being a mix of western and Chinese food.The property was about 5 minutes walk to the water. Comfortable bed and spacious room. The staff were unhelpful and had no street maps or English tour brochures. The room had a slight musty spell on arrival on level 12 but with the air conditioning running 24 hours the smell disappeared.

The room was beautiful but the staff delayed us for check in bc they couldn't coordinate with Expedia to validate my booking. It should have been enough that I showed them confirmation but they still asked me to pay and pay a deposit. They only confirmed my booking days after I left. The worst part was that I had to call Expedia on international rates and then when Expedia called them, they would hear English and hang up and then pretend no sound was coming until I forced them to use speaker phone. I had to procure a translator and this delayed me from a 12am check in to 1am. I had to check out by 5 so I barely got sleep and they offered me breakfast but of course breakfast wasn't until 7, by which time I left. The room was amazing but honestly the check in was very frustrating and the man was very disrespectful to me simply because I was a foreigner and bc Expedia is slightly less common for him. I would recommend this room and the very soft bed but expect poor service from staff unless you are Chinese

Never go there again
