Impressive views, hotel staff wonderful, buffet style breakfast had many choices. The hotel is smaller in size but has a cozy, warm atmosphere and it is a beautifully maintained property. The Matterhorn is a mystery. Never the same view twice. Stunning views. Truly a memorable stay.♥️

Excellent customer service, fantastic stay!

Wonderful customer service, so clean and comfortable. Stayed here after 10 days on the Haute Route and it was a magical ending to my incredible time in Switzerland. Very appreciative of the last minute soak in the jacuzzi in the evening too! Would highly recommend!

Lovely hotel!

Our room was beautifully appointed, the staff was so efficient and very helpful with our travel needs. The hotel is further away from town than most but we like the quiet and taking the lovely walk into town was nice and we found many lovely bakeries along the way. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and was able to quickly accommodate a request we had about the room. The hotel is located a short walk away from the center of Zermatt; we personally saw it as a positive as it was quiet at night while still being walkable. I would be happy to stay here again.
