"Our room was amazing. We loved having our private onsen, and took every opportunity to use it to relax and rejuvenate our bodies. Both of us felt very taken care of, and it was the highlight of our Japan trip. It was nice to be able to slow down and recuperate. That being said. If you have an allergy to a certain food, make sure you let them know in advance so they can prepare your breakfast properly (they start preparing breakfast the day before, so if you didn't tell them in advance, they can't change it). "

This time, really enjoyed the pure stream bath it was very warm and a comfortable place to chat with my husband. The food was delicious and healthy with many flavors and unlimited hokuriku rice! If looking for authentic Japanese experience (for the working and middle class Japanese) this is a very good experience. Dinner and breakfast buffet was really good. However there's little to do around the lake, unlike Yamashiro ir Yamanaka onsen area. "
