"The Eden Gastro Bar did not prioritize seating for hotel guests as indicated. The food was tasty. Otherwise, everything else was excellent as well as the location in central Madrid."

"I was concerned that it would be noisy because its near the train station. We were on the 8th floor overlooking the station and there was very little noise. Their website warns about construction near the hotel. They even sent me an email. Do not be too concerned about noise since the noise of construction is only on the first floor outside the entry. The hotel did have some small signs posted about location of hotel from getting off the trains. We missed one sign and got a bit lost. The hotel could be helpful by posting pictures on how to get to the hotel from the trains. I think they fail at that. Overall a good stay. The bed is firm but still ok for us. I would say probably firmest bed on our 5 different stays on our trip. Modern style shower is good but maybe not ideal for a child - but we were two adults. The TV has a hdmi if you have a roku with you so that was a plus for us. IT had a small mini fridge which I was not expecting. We did not have breakfast at hotel since we got a coffee and pastry in the train station - very good actually. A good value because of pricing at the time and nice location withing the train station."

"Hotel nuevo, muy bonito moderno y bien localizado. No obstante, es de poca cultura de servicio al cliente. Llegamos cansados y no hubo quien nos ayudase a subir maletas ni nos dieran recibieran con cortesía. Pedimos para planchar y hubo que bajar a buscarla, y nos solicitaron volver a bajarla al terminar. Nada, presumo es parte del estilo de hotel más moderno y 'city like' pero hay etiqueta de hostelería básica que no se debe abandonar."

"Excellent hotel in most respects… however, the hotel is in an area frequented by Madrid’s uni students…so lots of bars everywhere… but drinking and partying spill out on to the streets and continue until 5.00 or 6.00 in the morning… so not ideal for those trying to sleep prior to work! Windows are reasonably sound proof, but then there is no fresh air!"

"The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars is because of the noise from the elevators. To their credit, we were immediately moved and upgraded to a suite away from the constant noise of the elevators. If you are a light sleeper keep this in mind when booking. We cannot say more about the staff and the location of the hotel itself. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid."
