Staff was very friendly and attentive. Management solved the barking dog next door issue swiftly and generously. Very very clean. Good restaurants on site. Fitness center well equipped and clean.

El Conquistador Resort
Check in was miserable. The workers were unpleasant and uncaring about the fact we had asked for a room not in the marina but we got one anyway. Told us to come back to desk after 20 minutes in vase they could switch us and when we showed up they said no anyway. Waste of time!

The Condado Plaza Hotel
Staff was courteous and helpful, lobby and pool area were great. Only 1 working elevator for rooms on Oceanside that was VERY slow and SMALL. Loved the coffee shop, coffee was better than Starbucks.
