「Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. 「What an astonishing place! Really friendly staff and the owners are lovely. Well run and clearly a lot of thought has gone into the communal spaces to make them as inviting and relaxing as possible. The bedroom was great and had everything we needed and the location is fantastic - a little back from the main streets so nice and quiet but close to everything you want to see. 」

「This property is right by the ferry making it the most convenient choice one could make. The rooftop terrace offers great sunset views and the restaurant on the terrace serves tasty Indian cuisine that is top notch. The lobby has a fountain that id want in my own home. I love the paintings on each floor the pool area is filled with greenery and has lots of space. Id highly reccomend this property to anyone visting Zanzibar」

Double check if breakfast is included in the booking in hotels.com as the website offer two breakfast option with different price which is a bit confusing. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.」

「The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is a short walk to the Forodhani Gardens and the former Slave Market. There are several restaurants closeby especially a very popular one Lukmaan. The area around the hotel is bustling in the day and quiet at night. A taxi cannot drive up to this property so you will to do a short walk through the streets to get there. The staff were friendly and always greeted us. They were helpful when we called for assistance with anything we needed to clarify...
