「I got there and the lady wasnt at the front desk. I had to call a number and about 5 minutes later she showed up. The elevator didnt work because of the shifting of the ground so I had to take all my luggage up the stairs and nobody asked if I needed help. 「The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. The ac in the room was nice and cool. Arlene who works in cafeteria was very personable and hard working. She made sure the food was always topped up and the surroundings were clean.
