「Eler Hotel was a lovely place to stay during our visit to Tirana. It is a small boutique hotel with 18 well-appointed rooms. The staff was helpful and accommodating during our stay. The hotel was very clean and had great Wi-Fi. Breakfast, although some things were a bit cold, was a nice benefit. The croissants and coffee bar were fantastic. This is a good location just outside of the city center but yet walkable. Many great restaurants, bar, and coffee shops in the area.」
