「We stayed for 5 nights and we ski out using the sun valley chairlift just outside the hotel. Captain, Ken and the staff are very friendly and willing to help. The food is great and there is a very relaxing bar area as well. 」

「食事などはボリュームもありとても満足しています。 しかし 暖房器具が合わなくて苦労しました。 暖房を使うと喉が痛くなってしまい暖房を使わないまま寝たこと。 家族連れの子供が終始騒いでおり残念ながら夜も朝もうるさかったこと。 これはホテル側の問題ではないので難しいところです。 暖房器具は部屋に備え付けのものを使うと喉がやられてしまい咳き込んでしまいました。」

「It is a truly great location you are literally across the road from the gondola that takes you all the way to the top of Uoentaria (almost the top of the mountain) you can also take the snow mobile (which stops very close) to the bottom of the hikage area (where the ski lessons are held etc) However you are a bit of a walk from the main part of town and it is mainly uphill to get back to the accomodation, so it's a bit of a hassle for dinner after a long day skiing (but its nothing if you're a...

「Very close to the slopes, extremely helpful staff. Managed all arrangements for lift tickets, rentals etc so very convenient.」

「The hotel and staff are fine. My issue was with our particular room. It had a nice modern kitchen, with walls that were red brick, two different odd wall paper, and a beach mural. The ceiling was green with pink trim. The two twin beds were mismatched in style and height. The couches and bedding sheets were dirty with stains. As I look through their advertised rooms, I don’t see pictures of our particular room.」

「Too big for 13 pax, The best part is living area have billiard table, Dart and Karaoke and snow mountain scenic view while dining is exceptional. Living area needs a lot of improvement. The kitchen is very very dirty. 」

「10人での宿泊でした。設備も綺麗で布団もたくさんありとても快適でした。コンビニやスーパー、温泉も徒歩10分ほどのところにあったので夜中の買い出しなども簡単でした。 卒業旅行で大人数で泊まる場合などにおすすめだと思います。」
