"very traditional setting, staff were very friendly and accommodating. to us westerners, our room had a strong fish smell which turned out to be new tatami mats. they were willing to change our rooms to ensure we had a restful sleep. included traditional breakfast and dinner was a fantastic experience. the staff are so so friendly and respectful. what we wish we had known before booking - people with tattoos are not permitted in the public onsen. This was not clearly listed in the description.."

"I truly enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and quiet, and the staff were extremely helpful. I loved the dry clothing function in the bathroom, which made doing laundry so easy. We were also fortunate to have a wonderful view of Mount Fuji right from our balcony. The location is very convenient, close to tourist spots, local food, and a large supermarket. If you are renting a car, all the main attractions are within a 15-minute drive. I highly recommend staying here."

"Hotel room was very nice. The building sort of blooked the fuji view, but that wasn't a big thing for us. The massage was fantastic and so was the private onsen. Traditional breakfast was a wonderful adventure. Staff were very nice. I would stay here again."

Le service de navette n’est par contre pas très flexible, pourrait être bonifié pour faciliter les transports en ville. Sinon taxi très présents dans la région"
