「Easy in amd easy out. Pool kinda small, but clean. Breakfast wasn't bad. Dining area was spacious. Coffee was pretty good. Rooms were nice!」

「Everyone there were very friendly and kind. The people at PJ's cafe were amazing. They greeted everyone with a hello or good morning. Asked how you were. And they always had a smile on their face. 」

「Very clean, nice pool, looks freshly painted inside the room, can tell theyve made improvements although this is my 1st time ever bing here. Hardwood floors, mini fridge and freezer. Freezer needed some cleaning but was super cold. Place could use a little dusting and sweeping behind fridge, no wifi(not a deal breaker for me.) Convenient. Happy with accommodations. Cost is reasonable. 5 min from Yuma airport. Quiet, safe, seems a little secluded but not seedy. Grateful! 」

「For under a hundred bucks? Yep it’s our new regular Yuma stopover and stay. Cold ac, shiningly clean rooms, quiet room, nice staff. Exterior looks dated, inside of rooms remodeled-updated recently, great beds, pillows and towels. We’ll be back.」
