「公共空間及房間(Room C)都很乾淨，垃圾還有做簡單分類（很棒！），房源距離羅東夜市/羅東車站都算蠻近的，樓下附近就有超商及自助洗衣店，整體算是相當方便。唯一美中不足的是吹風機風量極小，且使用一段時間就需要等待其冷卻（不過這部分在入住須知就有提到，非事後使用才發現的），對長髮者較不友善。」

"I stayed at Estin Taipei for the first time. It's on the 13th and 14th floors of a building right in the middle of the east side of the downtown district. So you have access to many things within walking distance, especially the MRT station. I stayed at a few similar business hotels within a few blocks in the past. Never was one that gave me the overall feeling of being a full-service hotel with a 24/7 front desk, friendly staff, and a willingness to accommodate. The cleaning crew looked professional and very attentive to details. The room I stayed in was very clean, and I was surprised to find top-grade toiletries. Eastin will be my first choice to check availability when I return to Taipei and need a room nearby. Great job to the Eastin management, and I hope they keep up with the same high standard of services. "
