The AC in the room did not work, multiple calls down to the front desk and it still did not wor. On one of the calls I was told by maitnenance it was too close to the end of their shift so it was not their problem... The radiator heat however would not turn off leaving the room a balmy 80 degrees ...

The room was a little outdated and small for a family suite. It had only 1 bathroom to accommodate 4 kids and 2 adults. For a suite I believe we should have had at least a half bath as well.
