「Rooms where decent for the price, but I found several roaches, I complained to the staff and their solution was to move me to a bigger nicer “the cleanest room they had” only for it to have roaches too. I am a frequent traveler and never had anyone pursued me to stay in a roach infested room. The staff also walked into my room as I was showering unannounced. Frustrating experience and they did absolutely nothing to accommodate me for the embarrassing situation」

「Main window curtain had tears in it, door didn’t completely seal (light was visible around the edge. I had no hot water the first night; this was remedied the next day. I had to move the microwave oven from the night table to its proper place above the mini fridge. I also had to plug in and set the alarm clock. Also, due to the close proximity of the highway, I heard big diesel trucks as they passed all night. No coffee or coffee maker available.」

「Checked out after 1 and a half days because of the cockroaches and other bugs both live and dead in the room including the one that landed on my pillow. The room was very dirty, the sheets were full of hair stains and dirt. The shower had no door or curtain and was so small I could not even bend to stretch my back.
