「The staff was very friendly, We were there 4 nights and trash was emptied once and towels were never changed. Otherwise everything else was great. Breakfast was good too.」

「Because we used Expedia to book, the hotel said they couldn't notify us that the elevator was out of service. We found out about it after we checked in. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it but it is a big deal when you have a child in a wheelchair. She's 22 and my husband had to carry her to the 2nd floor bc first floor was all booked therefore we couldn't switch. Unbelievable.」

「The whole property in general was nasty and unkept. Our room was so dirty, sheets had crumbs all over them. The towels were soured smelling. When we walked into our room it was late and we were exhausted. The temp in the room was 60* we turned the thermostat up, but it did not help. We finally had to just turn it completely off and turned the heat on to warm up.. We also expect a nice fresh room when staying at a holiday Inn.」

「The room was spacious and had a kitchen. The big screen TV was nice. The living room was comfortable. The bed which is listed as a queen, is not quite the size of a queen, but it was larger than a double. The staff was helpful. We had a squeaky bathroom door, which was located in the bedroom. I told the front desk and they took care of it while we were out. The place felt like there were people that lived there full time. I'm don't know for sure. The doors to the rooms slammed...

「Obviously new, the hotel was quite clean and the bed comfy. The bathroom was bright and roomy with a step in shower. Directly above the head of the beds is a row of 5 spotlights with no nightstand light - so lighting is ALL or NONE in the bed. There is no coffeemaker in the room (or microwave); there is a frig. The hotel is situated next to a major roadway and highway so lots of night noises.」
