"It was my wife's favorite place on the trip. We loved the area around the hotel. The lobby was great for visiting with our guest. We needed to do laundry and that was readily available. "
"We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel and rooms are very clean, and they provide slippers for the room too. I recommend the garden view, it was so stunning and serene. The staff are very kind and helpful, they shared pamphlets upon arrival and always checked in to ensure we had what we needed.

"Taxi had difficulty to find the address during arrival at night, Taiwanese police gad to help navigate the current address which is written in Chinese, doesn't match address on Hotels, com
Overall, excellent one night "
"The room is very nice and very high class and staff is very nice but the property is in a strange industrial area. The outside of the property is not as well kept.
I have my own garden, very good for the price but the garden needs to have mosquito maintenance. For the short moment I was in the garden, I got bit for over 10 times!!"

"The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness.
To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again if I come back to Taiwan.
Thank you staff members for your hospitality and kindness.
Sincerely,
Robbie

"Just behind the busy area and close to train station and shopping malls. The room itself needs some renovations and cleanliness could be improved. But given this room rate it is acceptable comparing with other hotels in the area."

"A cute little hotel with a hostel-like feel. The lobby had a cozy sitting area for conversation or games. Rooms were small but nicely appointed and comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. In a walkable, safe area along a bus line. Great for what we needed. "
"It’s a self check-in hotel that eliminates the front desk staff. Hence, there’s no human touch at all. Though the hotel is pretty new and good but I still prefers the human touch that you can talk to when you needed help or an enquiry and not talking to a machine. The other negative point was to check-in at 1600 hrs which is rather not the norm. "
