「Sejour en famille agreable dans cet hotel familial. Lhotel est bien situe avec vue sur la mosquee bleue et la mer marmara. Acces presque immediat a la station kumkapi et ensuite desserte sur tout istanbul. Merci a Omer pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. 「Hôtel idéalement situé dans Istanbul! Proche du tramway T1 et des différentes ligne de bus , bien desservi en transport, le quartier bien animé. 「We paid for a triple room with a sea view, but when we arrived we were told there was no such thing. They put us in a “city view” room. The view was of a dilapidated building, nothing more. We were also told that if we didn’t move our car first thing in the morning, it would be towed. My son and I are handicap and the nearest otopark was more than 7 minutes walk from the hotel and when I asked if there was something closer, I was told to “just go”… “ it is not that far” even after explaining...

Its on a somewhat commercial backstreet but is surrounded by lovely neighborhood resturants and shops(extremely affordable) upon arriving AZIZ at the front desk was warm Friendly and welcoming!!! My friend had a problem with air conditioner in room and it was IMMEDIATELY addressed with a move to a new room and Aziz even came up and moved the bags and settled her into new room!! Good location, clean room,

"The hotel is well located with a train stop in front of hotel, easy accest to the tourist sites in 10min. The room was clean, however, we're put in a room NOT facing the street, but facing INSIDE of the hotel, this means NO SUNLIGHT in my room. i asked to changed to a room with sunlight, i was told it's fully booked. Please ensure they gave rooms facing the street or with sunlight or the hotel shall have been clear with the room discription if the window is facing inner part of hotel. And i'd hotel's assistance to book a taxi to the airport at 1250 all inclusive cost. However, after a couple minutes ride, the taxi driver told me to pay another 350, which total 1600 in order to enjoy toll way to the airport. It's not hotel's mistake, but ensure to ask hotel staff to check with taxi driver to confirm all in cost to avoid strange surchages. "
