「Excellent bunkhouse and facilities. Very comfortable with excellent en-suite and coffee/tea making facilities. Restaurant food very very good. Free whiskey and port was an unexpected bonus! Will definitely stay again.」

「Lucky we decided not to take dog with us as the garden wasn’t safe & secure as fence was broken on site parking is not on site it’s first come first served no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors a lot of cobwebs a strong smell of dog floor in master bedroom very bouncy floor when walking over also bed mattress very hard & lumpy the switch for bedside lamps hard to access to switch on off & can’t see on advert it’s a upside down house 」

「Place was closed and locked when we arrived. Had to call sister accommodation to try and open it up. First night we were the only people in the place. Stayed two nights. I never saw a single member of staff the whole time」

「I Booked online i had a confirmation email !! when i got there they didn't know anything about it i also showed the women the confirmation email and still didn't get anywhere. i spent most of the night looking for a hotel to stay at but everything was booked i would not recommend this hotel at all 」

「Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. I will never book another pure service property again, & suggest you do the same. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Nowhere on my booking did it state id...
