「During my recent stay, I experienced an issue with my shower—the faucet was broken, and the water wouldn't turn off. I'm very grateful to your maintenance team, who worked tirelessly until midnight to resolve the problem. Their dedication was impressive and much appreciated. However, the situation was quite disruptive and left me feeling extremely tired. I hope that measures can be put in place to prevent other guests from encountering a similar issue in the future.」

「环境很好，就在河边，夕阳特别美。房间内部布置地很有特色。员工服务也很好。晚餐也很好吃。比较不满意的几个地方：一是网站上说有免费早餐，但我们去的时候说已经不提供了，网站上没有改过来 二是隔音不太好，特别是楼上楼下的隔音，我们那天楼上的人就特别吵，所以不太满意。但总体来说还是很满意的！景色好，有特色！」
