"Everything was more than expected. Great location right next door to the Hacienda Bar. Excellent quality food, superb staff and top customer service. We want to especially thank Danilo, Carlos and Renan for their utmost care. We had a very comfy and clean room. The hotel and restaurant were very lovely with unique decor. It was a great place to chill, listen to live music and dine in. The main reason for staying here again and recommending this hotel is because of extraordinary customer care and hospitality. One of the best places we’ve stayed in. We were safe around the neighborhood and felt welcomed here unlike other places in Dublin. This place will not disappoint. I highly recommend this hidden gem. "General Impression: This is a really fantastic hotel, and we really enjoyed our third stay here relaxing, exploring the local beaches and enjoying the leisure pool and hotel areas when we weren't out exploring Dublin City. The hotel décor is pleasant and interesting, though we didn't have time to eat in the restaurant this time. Staff: The staff were really lovely and we felt very welcomed and all of our requirements were taken care of including a last minute change we requested to our room which was above and beyond. Area: There is conveniently a large supervalu store just across the road (5 mins walk) and also a few cafes in the same area including insomnia and camille thai. The train station (Sutton Cross) is a short walk away or you can take the bus to Dublin or to the airport. We hope to return again soon."
