「Nice place but confusing. Numerous hotels in one building. Some might like not having people to deal with but I am not one of those people. Everything is through the email and that can be bad. I got my check out email late so I didn’t see the instructions until it was too late. Someone I was with didn’t get her check in instructions until an hour after check in time and we had to call and jump through hoops just to get it. Nice clean place but I’d never stay here again. 」

「Good Experience ~if I have to say something, will suggest Hotel better have different LED switch for bathroom and sink. Because when someone is sleeping,it is too bright when other one are using bathrroom.」

Not only does the apartment appear much larger in the photos, but some of the images are simply misleading. For example, there are pictures showing a balcony with a table and chairs, but these do not exist in reality. 「The room location is excellent, close to both the beach and the main district. However, the service system primarily uses Korean. While it can be switched to English display, it may not be fully comprehensive. Notably, the service contact app is exclusively in Korean, making phone or email more convenient for English communication. Service requests are responded to promptly. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Haeundae.」
