Good location for us. Convenient amenities nearby. The building condition has deteriorated since we first stayed here (Centum Haeundae Hotel). Hallway carpet is very dirty and worn out. The suite shower is very poor. There is a flood of water after shower.

Great location near bexco, only issue was to find the reception in the third floor, but once you translate and read their welcome message it’s fine.

Overall, the room was spacious and comfortable, not cramped at all. However, for a residence-style accommodation, the kitchen facilities were quite limited. Despite this, I was very satisfied with the price and location.

Building looked nice, but rooms were outdated. Carpet in hallways are peeling off, so it's hard to roll your luggages. Check-in & checkout was smooth and fast. Room AC was tricky with having it centralized, so we ended up opening windows before bed, room still got hot during the night. Our bed was also hard for our liking. Towels provided were not bath towels, theyre willing to provide more towels if needed. Bathroom stayed wet after everyone was done showering as the shower only had half coverage. There was a rubber slipper provided in the bathroom. close to Spaland, that's why i chose to stay in this hotel. Parking was also free.

The room is very clean and tidy. It's very convenient to have meals around. It's the best choice for accommodation when attending a conference at bexco. Especially, Ken at the front desk is very patient and friendly.

Great location for exploring the different parts of Busan. The area itself is less touristy then some of the other districts, resulting in a more pleasant stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby, and open until quite late. The room itself is a bit older, but it was kept very clean. I stayed on one of the higher floors, and heard very little noise from outside or from other rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay here again when visiting Busan.

Good Experience ~if I have to say something, will suggest Hotel better have different LED switch for bathroom and sink. Because when someone is sleeping,it is too bright when other one are using bathrroom.

Not affiliated with the W Hotel chain- be aware

First of all, this hotel is NOT part of the W hotels associated with Marriott. This is an independent 'residence' hotel with bare bones services. The level of maintenance of the hotel should be embarrassing for the owners. Wall paper was peeling off the walls. The bathroom was covered in mildew. The furniture was wobbly particle board. The towels in the room were only hand towels. I had to request towels from the lobby, which was only open from 9 AM - 11 PM. Nobody cleans the room while you're staying there. There were no cups in the room, no coffee or tea.

The room does not have floor mats as it is all ceramic so the room is always cold and there is no slipper or chairs furnished to sit on and the bath towel is very small and useless for taking a shower. There is another room with a complete sitting set and floor mats but I was not given that room. When trying to cancel the reservation, the Expedia representative says according to the hotel's approval and the hotel says according to Expedia's regulations and this is considered misleading to the customer so I do not like the hotel and also the reservation and your company also does not rise to the level of being satisfactory.

직원과는 전화로만 소통했지만, 매우 친절했습니다. 숙소 근처에 식당과 카페가 많아 편리했어요. 코인 빨래방도 비교적 저렴한 편이었습니다. 방은 4명이 사용하기에 충분히 넓었습니다. 다만, 침대 2개가 놓인 방의 매트리스는 많이 낡았고 곰팡이 냄새 같은 것이 났습니다.

저렴한 가격으로 넓은 숙소에서 6인이 묵기에 매우 좋은 숙소. 위치 상 교통편이 많아 주변 관광지까지 가기 좋음. 주차도 편리. 하지만 세면대는 물이 잘 내려가지 않았고, 추가금 지불해서 받은 침구류는 냄새가 났음. 룸클리닝은 2박 이상만 가능했는데 하루 전날 프론트에 이야기해야함.
