"There were no wash clothes in the bathroom. The bed linens were lacking. The rooms were cold to me, there were no thermostats in the rooms and the desk staff had no way of adjusting the temperature either. The room smelled musty and stale. Hotel Staff were all very courteous and as helpful as they could be. Overall, not the worst ever by far but thought it would be better than it was."

"I want to first start out by saying that the staff were very kind. I usually avoid writting negative reviews as it could just be a "me" preference but I really need to write this one. We got in a bit later so we quickly dropped off our bags and went for dinner. Oddly enough, the bathroom door was shut when we got it but thought nothing of it. Once we were back at the hotel, we then realized that the bathroom had an extremely strong smell of sewer. Strong enough that when I tried to use it, I was dry heaving and no, I am not being dramatic. So I quickly sent a message to the hotel at around 8 pm. We didn't get a call until 10 pm saying we could switch rooms. As we were flying out the next morning, I really wasn't wanting to pack up at 10 pm and move rooms. They did offer to private shuttle us to the airport as compensation. Which we appreciated. Paying over $350 CAD for a room that had a few issues really made me realize that I need to not just see 10/10 reviews and think it'll be great.... did I think they could have done more, sure. What would have been great is a quick response or more quality control checks in their rooms."

"Oh my goodness! What an incredible hotel! My room on the top (11th) floor was what i had before...such an amazing layout and view! Amenities are terriffic. Onsite restaurant is pricey, but oh so fantastic! Staff are all fluent in English and very friendly. Great mini-mart inside as well. Easy free shuttle to catch nearly hourly. Will ALWAYS stay here when i come through Incheon. "

"So very roomy and clean! Breakfast buffet was perfectly varied, plentiful and delicious. From check-in to check-out, staff were so very wonderful and pleasant. Couldn’t have asked for more. Also, convenient to airport."

"I’m very disappointed with my stay. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, which is the bare minimum any guest should be able to expect. When we arrived, my 1-year-old found snacks on the floor and put them in their mouth—that’s how I first realized the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. I then noticed dried rice on the pillowcase as well. This was really concerning. We were moved to another room, and at first glance it seemed fine—but while bathing my kids, I found a clump of hair stuck to the side of the bathtub. This didn’t feel like an isolated issue. My friend, who was staying in a different room, also found false eyelashes on her pillowcase. It strongly suggests that the bedding is not consistently changed between guests. I understand this isn’t a luxury hotel, and I wasn’t expecting anything fancy—but I did expect a clean and sanitary place to sleep. Unfortunately, that basic standard was not met."
