The location of this hotel is WODERFUL!! I love how you don't have to go far to get anything you want. I stayed in the suite. The nighttime view from that room is unmatched. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent is because some of the bathroom tiles were chipped and a little worn out. Other than that, it was great!!

During the last portion of my vacation, I fractured my ankle and the staff at Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo were very nice and helpful. They loaned me a wheelchair to use and moved my husband and myself to an accessible room. Special thanks to Jess at the front desk who helped me find a medical clinic nearby where I was able to see a doctor and get X-rays done. And thanks to the concierge man (forgot his name) downstairs who helped with luggage and got my wheelchair. The hotel is close to Costco, Tri-Bowl, Central Park and lots of small eateries nearby. The subway is right beside the hotel which we didn’t use. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Hyundai outlets are also close by. Room is decent size and very clean.
