"Rooms are a bit dated and you can tell the hotel has been well loved. But the location is great, the staff are very nice, and the price is also very fair."

"The complimenyary afternoon tea was lovely, I wish they did an alcohol-free option so we could try more of it! The staff are very nice and facilities were good, happy woth the location too. We were travelling by train, I think we would stay nearer to hakata station next time. "

"Overall hygiene inside the property is okay except for the toilet. The toilet bowl has stains which look disgusting. Ventilation inside the toilet room is bad. Even though we switch on the ventilation fan for some time before/after each usage, the toilet is still very smelly."

"Room was enough for 4. We booked a loft room. Bathroom and toilet was clean and basic necessities are available. Close to station, shops and restaurant. Staff was very helpful and the buffet breakfast was amazing."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. A very nice layout with a practical kitchen. We had trouble with the room tablet that gives the WiFi info so we messaged the property and the responded within minutes. Very walkable area with plenty of food and entertainment options. Comfy and quiet room. Will stay again. "

"I did not take advantage of the breakfast service, but my room was quiet and cozy. The water pressure is a real treat, as well as having an in-room washer dryer! Staff were helpful. It’s close to all kinds of interesting things, and a half hour or less’ walk to Hakata station (if you don’t want to take the 地下鉄🚇)."
"overall this hotel was excellent. We could smell smoke (cigarette) but we had a air purifier that helped the smell. We did not take advantage of the breakfast in the hotel since we had more options within walking distance. Staff was accommodating and friendly always offering their assistance."
"The staff and service are superb, the rooms are spacious, and all the amenities you need are available. The showers are fantastic and don’t leak! Overall, it was an extraordinarily good stay and excellent value."
