"The place was clean and the staff were very respectful. Instead of common cards, the hotel uses an electronic system with buttons to set the "Do not disturb" or "please clean" status. The room's cleaning system requires the card to be always inserted to the electricity slot, otherwise the DND sign turns off and the staff will not understand it. I suggest receiving 2 room keycards to deal with this issue. Otherwise, it's a very clean hotel in a busy area with lots of shops and good access to tourism areas."

"This is a really great hotel overall, but there is one issue worth mentioning. It’s surprising that a five-star property has what feels like a dog kennel element, with noticeable smells in parts of the outdoor recreational area. From what I could see the dogs are there on a pet rental scheme. On our only night there, there were multiple occasions where the pack of dogs began barking, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. It’s difficult to see how this business model aligns with a hotel of this calibre. That said, everything else was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, the recreation facilities were enjoyable, staff super friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean."

"Very pleasant stay, we had an early flight so we choose this one. The location is great for outlet shopping and some food places around. The hotel itself very clean and great. We had a good night sleep before our long haul flight. Thank you for taking care of us."

"I booked this hotel because they offer airport shuttle, but they don't offer pick up from the airport. The shuttle to the airport has SET times. I had to take the 6:50 AM shuttle for my 10:10 AM flight. "
