「ok」

「I specifically requested a room for an adult and two children, and the staff wouldn’t arrange a two bed room for us even they have room available. One of the cleaning ladies on 13th floor has some temper issues and kept talking loud to the other staff. Come on,,,, I don’t need to know your private matters.」

「Everything is ok, just note that the pool is not actually part of the hotel, it’s around 12 usd for adults and 8 usd for kids to use. It’s very close to Coco park, less than 10 mins by taxi.」

「As long-time fans of Hilton worldwide, our recent stay at the Hilton Shenzhen Futian was highly disappointing. We encountered a foul-smelling toilet and a face towel reeking of cigarette smoke. The property feels dated due to its old-fashioned design and lack of proper room maintenance. While the friendly and helpful staff were a bright spot, we expect a 5-star brand like Hilton to address these issues and improve.」

「The service attitude is very」

「I stayed in 1302. The furniture was kind of old. The "arm-chair" was not comfortable at all. Cockroaches were seen in another room my relatives were staying in--Rm 1303. The 2 good things about the hotel: -close proximity to the Huanggang Port, and check-point station -reasonable rates T.H.」
