Grand Mercure Xiamen Downtown

Very good hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet has a very good selection. I didn't use the restaurant in the evening. Three are lots of restaurants in the area and the hotel is very close to a metro station.

聖誕節廈門高鐵之旅

今次是趁聖誕節假期，跟一家大小坐高鐵到廈門旅遊。由於我們一行9人，希望能全部都在同一樓層，方便照顧老人家及小童。我們都知道假期期間，房間可能比較緊張，也不抱太大希望。但這所酒店的服務真的很好，前台服務員二話不說，盡力幫我們。為了使我們能在同一樓層，她幫我其中一間房免費升級，跟我家人所訂的複式樓層一樣，簡直令我喜出望外! 酒店房間非常乾淨整洁，樓下的西餐廳的食物也不錯。唯一缺點是由於是中央空調，房間溫度太熱，香港人不太習慣。

Lousy and extremely dirty run downed hotel

This hotel is extremely old and quite dirty run downed rooms with lousy airon. I had asked the hotel to clean the bathroom twice but the cleaning were not well done. You call still see fungus along the edges, dirty spots on glass door and fixed panels, black fungus areas on the rolling blinds in the bathroom. For this price, it's definitely not worth it.

很好 推薦給自由行的遊客 因為生活機能很好 交通方便

首先 飯店的位置很方便 出門無論公交車 捷運四通八達。飯店的大廳很舒服 check in 或退房接待人員素質都訓練過 很得體。房間裡的清潔也都處理的不錯，我是入住兩晚，中間還是有幫我整理房間。我個人覺得是cp值很高的酒店。

老牌酒店加入雅高集團後, 宛如提升了一個檔次. 周邊很多大牌檔餐廳, 都很不錯, 生意很紅火. 對面有巴黎春天百貨, 走路5分鐘可到高端的盤碁精品百貨. 預定的房型屬於複式樓中樓, 空間超大, 還有一個落地水晶吊燈. 感覺開個PARTY沒有問題. 還可以到頂樓酒廊免費享用水果, 看著樓下的車水馬龍, 挺自在的. 唯一美中不足便是前台人員服務意識低下, 經理花了很久時間在"等待"某位客人查詢他的雅高積分. 然而另一位有空的人員卻不知道幫我辦理退房, 而老外比我晚來的卻優先辦理了. 我辦退房竟然花了15分鐘, 這種服務水平有待改進!!

房間很好很大很舒適，冷氣稍熱（但開久了仍可接受），部份燈壞了都沒換，房間那麼大 浴缸卻小小一個，樓中樓設計十分吸引

離地鐵近，房間大。

房間隔局有點特別，雙床房浴室竟然是全透明玻璃，而且沒簾子，房間一眼看透浴室廁所沒遮蔽，雖然另一位可以到樓下客廳區，但實在不方便。優點：離地鐵站滿近的，辦理入住和退房滿快的，那天平日入住，有提早讓我們進房間。缺點：隔音不太好，飯店這一側的地鐵出口還在蓋，會聽到施工聲，房內也能聽到走廊和隔壁走樓梯的聲音，地毯不太乾淨，浴室透明玻璃很困擾。
