"Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him.
There was also a noticeable odour in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, eventually got used to it after the first night.

"Bed is very comfortable and the room is very spacious. Bathroom facilities and the bathtub are also a real highlight. The staff are all very hospitable and friendly to assist you with anything.
