「Our room was spacious and clean. Being right above the edge of Parque Tecajetes, we looked right into the trees. The staff and food at the hotel restaurant, Sal y Piedra, were both excellent. We would stay there again.」

Only one outlet inconveniently located in the farthest corner of the room. Highly recommended food, by staff, was less than mediocre. Staff was not shown how to operate the credit card terminal. Well ... there you have it.」

「I was extremely disappointed to find out that my room had no exterior windows. This could not be a deal breaker but the smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom definitely was. When I informed the front desk upon check out there was no apology whatsoever. Needless to say that I would never book a room on this property.」

「El perdonal muy amable, la comida muy rica. Solo sus instalaciones estan un povo descuidada, me to o un baño que se salia el agua y mojaba todo el baño. Me ofrecieron moverme de cuarto pero solo fui por una noche. 」
