A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional. Located directly across from Plaza Cristal which offers many food and drink options. The room was lovely. Courtyard in the middle was very nice and relaxing.

The hotel was very clean and it is nearly to restaurants, pharmacies. There’s walkable to a mall. It is a very practical option if you need to visit Xalapa City and you don’t want to spend a lot of money

Great hotel-Will return

Friendly staff, hot water with strong pressure, air conditioning, and comfortable bed and pillows. Should be described as "Colonial" or Victorian" as opposed to "Antique" because it has a very nice feel and comfort to it and not an old, boring one. Located in a perfect location. Will return soon. This is a good place to stay if you’re on a budget. The building itself is pretty cool and the location is convenient for what we needed. It’s right across the street from Crystal Plaza so we went shopping and had some food. A lot of people complain that the bed was too hard that didn’t bother me, but the pillows were definitely too hard. I wish that the decorations were more accurate to the photos. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and Jenny at the front desk was really kind.

El hotel está bien para pasar la noche, lo que a mí me dejó intranquila es que después de yo poner la tarjeta me empezaron a hacer cobros con esa tarjeta, es decir no es seguro en cuanto a eso. Y pues nunca me había pasado en ninguna otra estancia incluso a nivel internacional. Así que ese es mi mal sabor de boca.

Hotel más viejo y sucio no puede haber en Xalapa, definitivo por el precio debimos imaginarlo, pero las fotos en Expedia son de no se hace cuanto tiempo. El hotel se está cayendo a pedazos las toallas rotas como trapos, las camas chuecas los colchones toda aguados ,tuvimos que dejar las habitaciones. Definitivo la calificación la deben cambiar yo le pondrías un 3

Todo estuvo excelente, solo que el agua en la regadera no sale con mucha presión, pero en general todo estuvo bien, las camas eran un poco duras pero de buena calidad, quizás sean incómodas para algunas personas.
