The staff was very patient, I speak very limited Spanish and they worked through everything with patience and grace. The hotel is clean and modern and within walking distance to many restaurants and beautiful parks. We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Majova Inn

Great Stay… streets around do suck

Everything when it came from the Hotel was good, really bad part was that the streets around are under construction so it was VERY INCONVENIENT. The whole downtown is horrible when it comes to traffic. Won’t stay around the area unless I’m sure that all of the construction around is over.

Promise not honoured

I arrived two hours before check-in and was assured to have two single rooms facing the front. By the time I checked in just before 3pm they second front facing room was given away to someone else. My friend and I were then separated onto two floors with only one front facing room. No apology was given as a result.

I been staying there few times now, little charming hotel. Always clean and well attended. Unfortunately this last time it wasn’t up my expectations. A little bit smelly when I arrived to my bedroom and the last day I was there, they forgot to do my bedroom. When I decided to eat breakfast, very friendly ladies but they were missing bacon, picadors and some other goodies.

El hotel majova Inn está ubicado en una zona donde es de fácil acceso para ir hacia el centro y moverse a otros lugares, Lo único que No le ayuda al hotel es que no cuente con un elevador aunque sea de 3 pisos PERO hay huéspedes de la tercera edad como en mi caso que asistí con familiares y la primer noche nos dieron la habitación 209 (fue mortal subir con maletas y no tener servicios de botones) al día siguiente me lograron dar habitación en la planta baja lo cual agradezco mucho al personal y mi reconocimiento por su buena actitud y trato hacia el cliente es del joven Óscar y la señorita Irán del Front desk! Bien o Por ustedes!

Detalles ligeros como que una habitación no tenía el baño en condiciones para su uso rápido pero todo bien de ahí en fuera. Y un poco complicado el asunto con el estacionamiento un poco reducido pero si me volvería a hospedar de nuevo sin problema alguno.

Esta muy bien ubicado y accesible cerca del centro de Xalapa. lo único fue que la habitación no contaba con papel de baño, jabón de baño ni shampoo. Hubo que salir a solicitarlo.
