「Das Frühstück war gut aber durch die vielen Leute beim Frühstück war immer schnell alles aus .」

「Great location, walkable to everything close to the tunnel / walk with several great restaurants and massage and nail and lots of stuff… I actually walked back from Zangjiajie park … though it was close enough Staff was so nice and helped me book several attractions… , room could use some painting but I loved their fancy toilet bidet !!!」

「Property was new and well maintained. Laundry facilities were excellent. Only criticism is that it was difficult to find the address on Didi as the name and address on Expedia are different to those on Didi (the local taxi service).」

「Convenient with good location to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park. Best to eat at restaurants on the other side of the bridge, we found the one that was close by offers substandard food at exorbitant prices.」

「Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!」

「Friendly Staff. Very nice hotel. Free Washing Machine and Dryer service was great. Restaurant was under renovation, which was inconvenient and limited to only breakfast service」

「ホテルのスタッフ皆さま親切で非常に満足です」

「Very friendly staff. Helpful in making tour arrangements and purchasing tickets.」

「This was a fantastic hidden gem of a place.Out of all the places we stayed in China, this was the best. It was a home from home but with everÿthing thought of, to make it so easy accessing all the attractions. Joyce was a joy and so accommodating. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. Rooms were beautiful and cleverly designed with every amenity. It was set in stunning scenery, huge windows looking out onto mountains. The food was delicious, a truly personal service and all the staff,...

「Great place to stay, minutes walk to the East gate of Wulingyuan scenaric sites. Lots of eateries. Exceeded expectations!」

「The bed was so soft, and the room was clean — not fancy at all, but super comfortable. They even have an iron, washing machine, dryer, and a small gym. Right after I booked, Jay reached out, added me on WhatsApp, sent me maps, made a whole itinerary, and booked all my tickets. Everything went super smoothly. I ran into some other travelers along the way, and the next day they couldn’t get into the parks because they didn’t book in advance — made me so glad I had Jay’s help. The rooftop terrace...

「Very near to the east entrance. Convenient」

「We chose this location due to its proximity to all the stores and the entrance to the National Park. We don’t regret it one bit. The location is ideal. The Didi doesn’t have direct access to the entrance of the hotel so you have to walk a block down to get picked and dropped off. The room had everything we needed and the mattress was very comfortable. They also had a washer machine available for guests to use. We also had the pleasure of meeting Li, from desk staff, who helped us and gave us...
