「Staff spoke well English and very friendly. I spent days on researching Zhangjiajie, Wulingyuang, Glass Bridge, Grand Canyon, Huanglong Cave, and Tianmen Mt. 「The staff are very helpful. They introduce the sight-seeing points in details and helped us to book transportation and show tickets. The hotel location is very good and just next to the show theatre. Restaurants are also at walking distance.」

「If you want to stay in the country side with no room service, no restaurant, outdoor bathroom (which I don’t recommend in the winter) then this is the hotel for you. It is probably not the best option for tourists that are visiting Zhangjiajie as it in an isolated area. The hotel itself is clean, and the views are amazing! The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. 「The owner made things very easy for us. The best host even we had a language barrier, she tried her best to help us. We had very generous breakfast. The property is very clean.
