「I stayed overnight on Wednesday 3 June.
On the Thursday morning I got up to find there was no hot water in my room. I had to wash and shave using cold water. Most unsatisfactory.
I went to reception and the staff there was most unhelpful. I asked to make a formal complaint and asked the manager to contact me by phone or email. No follow up has been forthcoming.
I feel robbed as I paid quite a high price for the room and in my opinion have not been given the customer service anyone would...
