「The only staff member that gets a thumbs up is a lady that runs breakfast. That’s the only part of the whole advertisement that they have that could be true. The rest of it is a big fat lie. Nothing in the facility works and if you ask for anything they’re very rude in their replies and then they try to charge you for towels. You didn’t even stain and then they try to tell you that that’s how it was when their whole bathroom was filthy to begin with including the shower curtain and the sink. I...

「Great place to stay with family. Great staff, location (a walk away from river, movies, dining, etc), close to downtown, main road but far enough from it. The only thing that didn't live up to it was the breakfast. Hope they upgrade breakfast!」

「The the property was very rundown. There was a huge stain on the ceiling in our shower. The mattresses were terrible. There was barely any linen on our beds and no extra blankets. There are people who live at this hotel. Sunday morning the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate because there was a fire. We missed our event because of the fire.It was a horrible stay. I will never stay at a motel six again. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had.」

The room was hot as the heater was set to 75 degrees. When I looked for an iron to press my clothes, there wasn't one in the room.
