「Spacious room , very clean , pleasant helpful front of house , quiet great nights sleep , 5-10 min walk to airport depending on how quick or slow you walk , plenty of car parking ( daily charge for parking) it's not a thousand pound a night hotel or a five pound a night b&b but a fair priced mid market value for money hotel」

「Excellent stay, friendly staff, excellent food.」

「It was fine , definitely tired and has seen better days but for the price it was perfectly reasonable and clean.」

「Thoroughly enjoyed our night at Cleatham Hall. Very pleasant older house with all modern conveniences.」

「Clean rooms with staff always available. Would stay again」

Neither kitchen sink had a plug. No dishcloth or brush for washing dishes. Hotel provided tea bags, coffee, milk but no sugar. Body wash dispensers in shower were not refilled. Bathroom light in 102 had faulty motion sensor. One room had no bath towels provided. Bathroom door in 102 would not close. Decent,...

「All the staff are all really friendly and helpful, they responded my email quickly before my stay. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, supermarket is just next to it and town centre is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to all.」

「The best place to stay in Scunthorpe. Offers easy access and is very clean.」
