「A most pleasant and pleasing stay overall. Great location, clean and stylish. The only area needs improvement is check in time (4pm is too late) and no luggage storage prior to check in (especially when check in time is so late). 」

「Clean pleasant room that looked recently refurbished, with a kettle and microwave and a enough tea and coffee to survive a night and morning. A fridge and hairdryer was useful. Shower was good, stocked with shampoo and conditioner. Bathroom was clean. Otherwise it was basic but sufficient. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. 「Very comfortable B&B apartment with sweet Christmas decoration. Have washing machine and drying machine, good for long time journey. Beds are comfortable. 5 mins walk to big supermarket. Within 10 mins walk to Roman Bath and City Centre. Carpark lot provided free of charge, just around the corner. Apartment locates on the second floor, have to climb up some stairs, but it's ok.
